I managed to defrost the freezer in preparation for freezing some strawberries. That means taking everything out and keeping it cold while clearing the freezer of all it's accumulated ice. But in this house it also means holding Willa half the time and reminding Ames he can't dump the ice in the house.
After that Ames decided he wanted to make a spider web with yarn... All over the house. I decided to civilize the activity and raided the scrap heaps for wood, nails, yarn, and old t-shirts for an exercise in weaving. I thought the weaving would take up more time, but maybe we will find some more interesting materials this afternoon.
