I had the best day ever.
We hiked for two hours up the mountain.
I swam in the lake on the way up!
I swam in the lake on the way back down!
At our turnaround-point, I forded a rushing mountain stream!
It was so cold!
I leaped around in joy!
I saw squirrels and birds and boys and girls and bikers and lots of nice people and other dogs.
I kept our pack together the whole time (the beagle is such a chore).
When we got home, my master put me into the shower for a rinse.
I love rinses in the shower.
The sun was hot on the back porch so I lay down.
I don't know how long I slept, but when I woke up, I was dry.
Now I'm really stiff and sore.
...I think I need some of the Doggie Advil that the vet gave my master for days like this...
Since we didn't go home tonight, that must mean I'll get to do it all again tomorrow!!!
